Gaylord residents and businesses are billed monthly for water and sewer service. The Utility Clerk handles the billing and collection process, customer concerns, as well as other responsibilities for the City.  Online payments are available to all citizens.

Gaylord gets water from an underground water aquifer approximately 400 feet below ground. Three wells pump the water to the surface, where it is stored in two water towers and one underground reservoir.

Sewage treatment is provided by the City of Gaylord.

Water Pressure is 55-60 pounds and 24 grains of hardness.
